Amazon shoppers are 'obsessed' with a £12 serum that contains snail secretion.

The COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence allegedly provides "incredible" results as shoppers vow to buy more.

The product is said to be made with 96 percent snail secretion, which "improves the vitality of the skin by reducing dullness and soothing dehydrated skin with snail mucin". It is especially recommended for those with damaged or dehydrated skin.

The texture of the serum is described as being lightweight and sets into the skin "immediately" after applying. The snail serum promises to leave your skin hydrated and with a healthy glow.
