Customers are invited to be insulted by waitresses at Karen's Diner this weekend in Liverpool.

The touring dining experience is coming to the city at Aloft on North John Street and your ticket includes entertainment from their world famous 'Karens' and a main meal with the option to upgrade to bottomless drinks for 90mins. At the pop-up, guests will be greeted and waited on by rude waiters, all called Karen, who in return are expecting you to give it full 'Karen' yourselves.

The organisers have said it is a place where you can complain until the cows come home because they "literally don't care". And they promised if audience members show up in force they will either come as a longer term pop up or simply just stay put for a while until they've insulted everyone in the city.

According to the people behind the event, customers can expect good food, good fun and a dining experience like they have never had before. And people are urged to let them know if it's your birthday, if your name is Karen and if you need to speak to the manager.

Events take place at Aloft Liverpool. No. 1 North John Street on Saturday, November 11 to Sunday, November 12. Tickets cost between £22.50 and £24.05.
