Hawksmoor is set to open in Liverpool city centre this month.
The steak restaurant, which has venues in New York and London, is opening in one of Liverpool’s most beautiful buildings. Hawksmoor is famous for its charcoal grilled, 35-day dry aged steaks and ranked number one in the 2022 World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants list.
The restaurant group was founded by childhood friends Will Beckett and Huw Gott in 2006 and now has venues across the UK. Its latest restaurant will open in Liverpool’s iconic Grade II-listed India Buildings, on the corner of Brunswick Street and Fenwick Street.
