There are huge delays and buses are being diverted as police have shut a road following a crash.
Merseyside Police were called to Hoylake Road, near Bidston Moss, at around 3.15pm on Wednesday, November 22, following reports of a crash. Once officers got to the scene they found two cars were involved in the incident.
A road closure is currently in place between St James Road and the Bidston Train Station roundabout. Police have now confirmed one person suffered a minor injury in the crash.

No arrests have been made at this time. Merseyside Police and Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service are both at the scene.
A spokesperson from Merseyside Police said: "We received a report of a road traffic collision on Hoylake Road, in Bidston, at around 3.15pm this afternoon, Wednesday 22 November. The collision involved three vehicles and a road closure is currently in place as emergency services attend the incident.

Arriva North West has told its customers its 407, 418, 482 and 495 services are all being diverted away from the area following the incident.
An update sent on X, said: "Due to a police incident on Hoylake Rd, services 418, 482 and 495 are diverted via Tollemache Rd and Ford Hill in both Directions, omitting a section of Hoylake Rd, Bidston Village Rd and The Beechwood Estate. Please allow extra time for your journey.
"Service 407 will divert via the A554, A5139 Wallasey Slip Rd, Wallasey Bridge Rd and Stanley Rd in both directions, omitting a section of Hoylake Rd."
