Getting onto the property ladder is no easy feat.

It hasn't been for a long time and it may be harder than ever amid the cost of living crisis, the price of deposits and high mortgage rates- even despite house prices falling on average in recent months across the country. Many are renting instead - either because they choose to, avoiding the commitment of a mortgage, or because they are unable to make that first step onto the property ladder.

We want to hear from you on your experiences getting onto - or trying to get onto - the property ladder.
